The above web tools are using the free tier of Shinyapps.io service, which is limited to 25 hours of usage per month. It allows for multiple users simultaneously. However, we are currently experiencing problems when multiple users access the tools at the same time. If you have an error message of “ERROR: not default HTML output file defined; please call HTMLSetFile() to set it” after launching, or if your launch is hanging, it means that someone is using the tool. Please wait a few minutes and launch again. We are trying to resolve the problem. We might have to migrate to a higher tier of service where we have to pay a monthly fee if the problem persist or if we consistently encounter more than 25 hours of usage per month. Please stay tune for further update. Meanwhile, we set the idle time at 5 minutes and after that the screen would grey out and a re-launch is needed.
